Our Journey Here
We both grew up loving photography and began developing our skills in high school. Robin began shooting weddings in 2008 after studying art for 6 years. Understanding how to position the body and editing are just some of the ways she enjoys using her art background. Joe began photography shooting on film and developing prints in a dark room. He joined the photography business after marriage. His technical background in theater lighting brings a creative approach to lighting. The end result is you get images with the Colorado background and the ability to get photos in any lighting condition. We began shooting all types of photography but quickly limited ourselves to focus on our passion for weddings, engagements, and proposals!

• A connection between you and your photographer will ensure more authentic and relaxed photos. • A couple should be able be natural and have a fun in front of the camera. • Starting the day off with a coffee in hand is the perfect way to begin a wedding day. • Having all your friends and family together on your wedding is a memory cherished forever. • Your wedding should reflect your personality • Images are the main investment that will help you relive your wedding experience. • Your dog should be invited to your engagement shoot and wedding.
About Joe
Morning is my favorite time get things done. A morning doesn’t start without coffee. I confess that the only time I don’t wear sandals is when shooting weddings, skiing, cycling and usually when hiking. Summiting a 14er at sunrise fuels my passion and passing cars on my road bike is how I unwind. My ideal night is with friends and a bottle of Cabernet or draft IPA. I always have my iPhone.
About Robin
My ideal day starts by sleeping in till our dog Bokeh wants to go for his morning run. If I get a Skinny Vanilla Latte my mood is enhanced. 🙂 I confess I am passionate about my comfort clothing of the softness of UGG boots, Sanuk sandals, yoga pants, and my North Face fleece. I hike in the summer and snowboard in the winter. My ideal night is one with friends or family filled with heart felt laughter.
About Bokeh
I snore in the morning with Joe while I wait for Robin to get up for our morning run. I am passionate about running, hiking mountains, car rides, rawhide, watching animal planet, and showers. I love to pose for pictures, wear glasses, fashionable apparel, and snowboarding gear. I confess I run around most days naked. I sled in the winter and go mountaineering in the summer. I don’t like being alone.
