Shine Restaurant and Gathering Place Wedding | Boulder
Non-Traditional Weddings are the Best!Wedding Details:
Ceremony Day One: The wedding weekend was clearly focused on what mattered to Mike and Cari. We LOVE that they flushed many of the normal things and made their wedding their own. Things certainly come out non traditional when you do this but also much more meaningful. We met up with them in Chautauqua Park in Boulder. We got the one picture Mike wanted plus a few more that Cari wanted.
After that we went back to Hotel Boulderado were family was staying and had some family photos in the lobby area. It was then off down the street to Bramble and Hare. The setup was for a dinner and had a eclectic rustic feel with a splash of a modern farm. The ceremony was started after everyone got their drinks and consistent of parents ‘officiating’. They wrote the ceremony time and had included some cards of statements or quotes to live out. The only thing traditional that really occurred this weekend was exchange of rings.
Friday Day Two: From what it sounds they probably went fly fishing or cycling. We weren’t there but use your imagination.
Party Day Three: Invite your friends, get a beer, wine, cocktail. Munch on some awesome Gluten Free delectables from the Shine Resturaunt and Gathering Place. Laugh over stories in the lounge as you finish off the second craft beer. The night was kept simple and on the people. Toasts were fluid in delivery and fresh in style by those who are dear to Mike and Cari. The 20×30 sized prints looped over the shoulders were comical. Mike took the tan line photo with much class.
As the night continued on a festivity of live music played on xylophone’s and some drums. I am pretty sure it was the Low Flying Knobs Marimba Band – AWESOME. It is the perfect music for a laid back lively celebration. Here are some other shoots in Boulder and Chautauqua Park.
