Gorgeous Sunset for a Mini Wedding at Sapphire PointWedding Details:

There are a ton of factors that are mixed into a sunset to get this epic gorgeous moment.  In this case it was wildfires not far away creating around the sun with blue skies over Breckenridge.  For Baylor and Jessie they had planned for the wedding in June but as you can tell from the time of posting this and the blog title it was August.  It has been one of those years where if on paper you are looking for everything to be perfect you likely should look to another year with high flexibility because it is rare.  We would argue though that perfect on paper doesn’t matter as much as what you do with it.

From there was made our way to Sapphire Point Overlook for the wedding ceremony. They were all super nice and accommodating to the ceremony occurring.  Now as for this little chipmunk he was feeling greedy and wanting food and stood in the brides place in the ceremony until a little sway of the foot moved him on his way.

After the ceremony there was a champagne pop for reasons of the video.  We warned the kid down hill of the potential spray blowing in his direction and well he was certainly misted with champagne.  Cue up the awesome sunset and likely of all the sunsets I have had there my favorite.  There can be a lot of good sunsets but this one was like the really good aged wine with complexity and character to it.
