We Took No Pictures of Elk in RMNPEngagement Session Details:

You would think Elk were the most amazing thing in Rocky Mountain National Park.  We passed crowds of people armed with everything from their iPhones to a huge 400-800 mm lens.  As nice as Elk are we love the mountains and capturing the beauty of Colorado for engagements and weddings.  Now it would be pretty awesome if we could have Lucas and Jamie riding Elk but I am sure there would be some level of danger.  The elk and park rangers would likely be opposed and the tourists would be jealous.  Since that idea wasn’t worth bringing up we stuck with using the beautiful mountain backgrounds.

We had a lot of wind we had to work around as well as extremely bright sun to work with.  There was laughter, cuddling, and kisses.  No rock climbing was included but that would have definitely been in their sweet spot.  Enjoy the pictures below!  If you like what you see here and are considering using Rocky Mountain National Park here are some of the other shoots we have done at Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP).
