Proposal with Engagement Photos on Cloudy DayProposal Details:

Some people tell us that cloudy days are the best for photography.  In one sense we get what they are saying.  In Colorado you can have many different types of cloudy days.  This one is just making for a neutral lighting which makes it easier to take photos.  In return this led us to have a little extra fun and do more with photos.  We also were able to go to another spot along the lake and get some big mountain views.  These kind of things are only possible we certain lenses that cause background compression but are really cool when you can do them.

Did we get a little carried away with this all?  Maybe but we are all for having a little fun with the posing and how we shoot proposals.  Speaking of the proposal itself the reaction was awesome.  We love being able to get that real candid emotion.  So much that you see out there is shot up close and she knows her photo is getting taken.  Just defeats the point in our opinion of having a photographer there for the proposal itself.
