Summer Proposal on Loveland PassLoveland Pass Proposal Details:
Being a hidden photographer above treeline in the Colorado mountains is challenging. For Jennifer we think she was so lost in the moment of what was happening she did not know photos were being taken. The key is to have a place natural for people to go while not packed with people. At the spot you do not want her in the direct line of sight nor with her side fully to you as hair will block the moment. Once he started to propose we think you could have fired off a gun. She commented later that she got her nails done for whenever they went on vacation just incase. This particular spot was rather normal to go to as they had come up there in the past. They were staying in Keystone, CO. Everything seemed normal until they got up there and he began acting weird. Good thing this was actually ‘weird’ (not the norm) in the sense that he did not seek to propose every year up there. There was a lot of playfulness that followed with some wondering where the champagne came from. We took some more photos as the sun began to set in the mountains.
If you like the look of this location here are some other shoots at Loveland Pass. You can get proposal ideas from reading past blogs and read about how we do proposals on our engagement proposals page.
