Surprise Proposal at Sapphire Point OverlookProposal Details:
The only problem about warmer winter Colorado days is that it makes the snow a little soft when you wear high heels. For Umit and Leah I am sure the last thing they were thinking about were the shoes for the day. After seeing a few proposals with all the emotion I am sure she would have been taking those steps back and kinda falling forward if her boots were keeping her up on the snow. After the YES to the proposal with some wiping away of the tears the first thing was a playful ‘You tricked Me’. He followed by saying ‘I tricked you big time. You had no idea did you.’ Her response was a playful #%!@*^. For the creative ones out there we will just let you guess.
There definitely seems to be a back story there to being able to surprise her. Clearly marriage had been discussed and she likely was thinking of some occasions when it could go down. What is so fun about this is how that playfulness communicates how well they know the other. Her in being able to see it coming and him in being able to trick her into a time being caught off guard and surprised. Tears were flowing and emotion was high. We love capturing these moments and Sapphire Point was the perfect location.
You can get proposal ideas from reading past blogs and read about how we do proposals on our engagement proposals page. If you like what you see here and are considering using this location here are some of the other shoots we have done at the Sapphire Point Overlook.
