Colorado Mountain Proposal with Epic ViewProposal Details:

We love Breckenridge, love to ski and board, and we love photography.  For John and Hillary we got to combine Breck, Skiing, and Photography up on Peak 6.  They were on a little adventure out west to Colorado.  Relationship wise it sounded like they were in the playful jest about the when of a proposal.  He was in the downplay mode of things when really planning was well underway.  They had been up to Peak 6 in a past year in what sounded like an entertaining story.  The view up there is amazing.  You are over 12,000 feet up with views of some 14ers in the background.  On a blue bird day like this one the contrast between the white snow capped mountains and blue sky makes for some photos we just love.  We were tracking our locations to get the timing just right as you have a couple different lift routes to get up there.  They got off and went to the right from the lift.  The expectation was there that they were going to get a photo of some kind up there.  They stopped for the picture and took some things like helmets off.  We really do not think she saw it coming at all but yet at the moment he was about to propose there was this look making us think she was putting things together.  There were some shouts from others up there on the mountain.  We took some photos up there while we did the run on down.  We love the location and think the view is unlike most others while still just being blue runs.  While not for everyone if you all can do blue runs then we think this might be a good place to propose in Breckenridge during the winter.
