Sunrise is the Actual Photography Golden HourEngagement Details:

We hear so often that for an Engagement session that sunset is the best time to shoot photos. While we in one sense agree for Colorado the best time for engagement photos is almost always at the functional sunrise.  We think this certain backs things up with this morning at Mount Falcon Park. In the front range area this is almost always at the the officially posted time when the sun comes up on the horizon.  For Austin and Alle this was a bit early for sure but as he had been up all night working through the next business startup details this was more like the evening.  Well perhaps that is what you could tell yourself if you forego sleep for research and planning.  Regardless judge for yourself on if you like the photos and if you are willing to give up a little sleep for the gorgeous lighting and lack of wind.
