Lionscrest Manor Wedding | Lyons
Ideal Medium Sized Mountain Wedding VenueWedding Day Details:
The wedding overall was short and sweet. For Brian and Kristen there were a couple unique things such as the tree wrapped in ribbons during the ceremony, the custom made box for the groom, unique cufflinks, gold bracelets for the bridesmaids, and a first for us seeing – a vendor that showed up asking for the groom by the wrong name. You just have to laugh at that point but the irony is that it happened twice. We get that June is a busy wedding season but we find that was extra special. Maybe Brian’s middle name is Eric or Matt?
Lionscrest Manor Review:
Everything ran perfectly at Lionscrest Manor. We love it when there are venue coordinators like Emily that actually coordinate. The venue is sized perfectly for a medium sized wedding. Unlike some front range Colorado venues it will be the only event going on in the space. This makes things more private, intimate, and with less distractions. We like that there are varying levels and rooms for the reception, cocktail hour, serving dinner, and a beautiful lawn for a wedding.
Without going too far off the beaten path you can get up on a rocky plateau a little higher than the venue. The location gives the mountain feel while not requiring you to drive too far into the mountains. The dirt road to the venue may make it seem like it is a highly rustic venue but has a classic touch with class.
