Frost Creek Wedding
Frost Creek Golf Club Wedding in Eagle ColoradoWedding Details:
Frost Creek is an awesome wedding venue. Every wedding day will be different. You can get a feel for the type of wedding day by the mode of transportation. Some people use classic cars, limos, party buses or walk. In this case the vehicle of choice were Polaris RZRs. For those who are not familiar these are basically 4 seater ATVs. This is basically a vehicle that is made for playing in the mud off road. Mud and white wedding dresses certainly go together – right? The main use was for driving over from the rental home, the ceremony entrance, and the formal exit at the end of the night.
As the course was too damp to use the ceremony was on the patio. Really from being out there things were not wet so of no concern. From the patio you could certainly hear the RZRs driving up coupled with the festive guy music.
The ceremony was quite emotional and fun to capture. Tears and other things fell to the ground while the flower girl ripped the bark off the aspen tree arbor. The bride turning to the camera mid ceremony to give a thumbs up was hilarious. We are just documenting the day and certainly know they enjoy the more extreme shots. This is more the stuff that you think they would not ever share out but yet that ends up being the wedding save the date.
Frost Creek Review:
Frost Creek Golf Club seemed like a slightly newer community that boomed during the 2020/2021 time period. It is described as the kind of place people have as 3rd and 4th homes. That kind of residency implies it is fairly secluded and private for a high end resident. Sometimes the golf courses just have a ton of flow through them but this one seemed like it would be a very elite type location. We used their locker rooms for the getting ready photos but it looked like they had some other options for the main golf months. Service and food at Frost Creek were awesome. It is really what you would expect from the kind of location.
