Della Terra Mountain Chateau | Estes Park
This Venue Was Built for Mountain WeddingsWedding Details:
You know your the Colorado Mountain adventurous bride and groom type when your debating if you should still do the wedding outside when there is snow and 30 MPH wind gusts. Heidi and Eric did ultimately change things up to have an indoor ceremony. When we arrived Heidi was getting some finishing touches on hair and makeup in the on site salon down the hall from her suite. Eric was downstairs watching football in the movie room on a HUGE screen.
We went out for some on site pictures with them. The look on the face of her maid of honor when she started rock climbing in a wedding dress was priceless! The day was filled with joy, laughter, stories, and games. Now the games part was something very unique. Matt Martindale was what we believe was key to the classy, professional, seamless, and fun filled night entertainment. He is the owner of Amore DJ Entertainment and was unlike any other DJ we have seen. Go look him up and everything there will speak for itself. There were so many other things we could talk about like the bikes be rode indoors, the bed jumping, the fruit loops around the burners for making s’mores indoors.
Della Terra Mountain Chateau Venue Review:
The Della Terra Mountain Chateau is beautiful, completely unique, and the perfect place for an Estes Park Colorado wedding. The architecture is intentional and makes you feel like you are in a mansion. All the rooms are unique and it is the perfect place for the random romantic getaway. The staff is excellent, adaptable, and highly responsive. What we love is that they show tons of photos of the venue on their site which helps you get a sense for what the weather is generally like in that season. The venue cost would be higher than average for Colorado but the service, beauty, and rustic mountain charm is far above average. If you would like to see other work from Della Terra you can check the other Della Terra Weddings on the blog.
