Mountain Wedding After How Many Years together?Wedding Details:

We think the general consensus was that the relationship was 12 years in the making.  Gage and Ashley did not really know but they think they would tie it back to the high school prom.  There was talk of someone being 30 and knowing someone 27 years but I am thinking that was in reference to being neighbors.  When you are taking photos you sometimes don’t get to soak in all the details.  Sometimes when there is the reference to a groomsman being in his underwear with the bride looking through the window at him you get a bit distracted in laughter.  No this was not last week but rather a growing up story.  There were a couple relationship milestones that were however very clear.  The move to Miami, FL to make the long distance relationship local and the Vegas weekend when the engagement happened.

Arrowhead Golf Club Review:

There is no denying that Arrowhead Golf Club is an absolutely gorgeous venue.  Having a well groomed golf course build around these slanted and jutting out of the ground red rocks makes for a beautiful view almost any day.  There are two venue spots at the golf club.  We had the one with the tent reception and ceremony on what we believe is a driving range flat spot.  The other has a good overlook on a smaller lawn and an indoor reception.  On June summer days like this one some may prefer the inside venue but the tent spot certainly has the better view the whole night.  Cocktail hour was on the lawn and looks like it could have also been under the rope lights but people will go where the alcohol is located.  We loved getting to shoot here and will look forward to coming back.  With all golf courses you must work around others playing some holes.  The thing we did not realize was that with another wedding ceremony occurring around the time we were taking some photos that they would not allow us to come back the way we came.  This made for a more scenic drive the longer way around.  Really this is a good thing if you are thinking of having your wedding there as it speaks to their caring about the little details.  On our end we did not know we needed to cross coordinate with another wedding schedule to know how it might impact us.  We had done the photos up front as it allows the couple to spend more time with guests as the golf carts are rather slow.  Love the view, made for a great party, guests had an awesome time!
