Kenosha Pass Engagement
Colorado Fall Colors At Their BestEngagement Session Details:
Fall Color Engagement Sessions are highly sought after in Colorado. Kenosha Pass is an ideal location due to the hillsides of Aspen trees and mix of golden, orange, and red colors. It is just off of 285 and has open fields and decent parking options. The reality is that the colors come and go quickly. The higher elevations turn color earlier than lower elevations. The colors also change at various times depending on where you are in Colorado.
Unless you are like Ellen and Nate and plan ahead you will likely miss out on the peak fall colors. We had a relaxed pace shoot moving from the open fields off of highway 285 back into the woods down some trails through the aspen trees. Butters had no trouble navigating through the tall grass of the fields and was all excited to get in the photos. We love how comfortable Nate and Ellen are together. We think it is due to their starting to date in middle school coupled with a rich love and a natural chemistry between them.
If you are interested in other shoots we have done at Kenosha Pass you can check them out on our blog.
