Proposal | Flagstaff Mountain | Boulder
Propose with your Puppy on a Colorado Mountain!Proposal Details:
Getting engaged can be a tricky balance of being predictable and yet planning something special. For Jack and Lindsey bringing Nala was the normal thing and bringing a diamond ring was something special. Well . . . I guess having photographers getting paparazzi on them would also be special too. We mapped out a path up at Lost Gulch Overlook up on Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder. It has an amazing sunset view and is a perfect spot for proposing to your girlfriend.
For getting professional photos it is ideal because you can get many different angles and be generally hidden. In this case they took a slightly different route so we were not as hidden but it still worked out well. Lindsey thought some random guy was talking photos of the mountains. Nala was a little bit of work to get on the ideal side. We don’t think Lindsey really saw the proposal coming. After the initial round of raw joy we took some photos on the mountain.
We LOVE that they brought Nala! We have a golden retriever male puppy named Bokeh who was born 7 days before Nala. Bokeh finds the bar scene kinda limiting and online dating isn’t really working for him. Perhaps we should introduce them? . . . . (Complete digression unrelated to the proposal). Enjoy the proposal engagement photos below!
