Proposal Sapphire Point Area June
Candid Proposal Photos Hidden PhotographerProposal Details:
A proposal is a powerful thing to photograph when done candidly. There is something about raw emotion that is irreplaceable. Most proposals we do have about 2-5 minutes of photojournalistic photography of the proposal. The remainder of the time is then for engagement session like photos. This one pushed past 12 minutes. If you can imagine that is quite a long time to be hidden away. We leave it to the guy to feel things out and point us out. The result was a ton of photos after edits even for a comparatively short shoot to engagement sessions.
If you think this kind of sneaky photos is the norm it is not. Most photographers we see doing proposals are 3-10 feet from the couple. The result is you get maybe a few photos but most women know there is a camera so act different. This blog shows what it is like to get the real thing. The moments you can never replace.
They were in the area around Sapphire Point for proposal. It is a beautiful area with a water reservoir. It is basically a big lake for feeding Denver water. There is a panoramic mountain range view. Overall the place is fairly central to where many people vacation in Colorado.
You can get proposal ideas from reading past blogs and read about how we do proposals on our engagement proposals page. If you like what you see here and are considering using this location here are some of the other shoots we have done at the Sapphire Point Overlook or at in the area around Sapphire Point.
