Engagement Around Union Station Downtown DenverEngagement Session Details:

They were staying in Denver for an extended time due to work.  What better than to commemorate the season of life with some engagement photos in Denver.  We started near Union station and walked around the surrounding area.  The shoot was up against sunset.  After dodging some cars in the road we made our way to the Millennium Bridge and then over by the Wynkoop Bridge.  There is an artistic unique architecture look to the areas.  As we got closer to the sunset and crossed into that functional dusk timeframe the clouds lit up with the angled sun.  While we do not do a lot of intentional silhouette shooting it was a bit refreshing to mix it up.

Clothing wise the bright pink dress was a great choice.  It was a pleasant day though a bit cooler closer to sunset.  Coloring wise it makes you pop against the city backdrop.  His shirt with a pattern blended well with her coloring while still complementing things.  Perhaps we are just photographers that love vibrant color.
