Proposal Brainard Lake Overlook | September
Mountain Lake Proposal in Colorado on Overcast DayProposal Details:
The weather on this particular day was extremely neutral. Call it overcast, windless, a big soft box in the sky – whatever works for you. It is rather easy to shoot in and still had a great mountain view. The lack of wind makes for a really clear lake reflection. One other perk of this day is that there were less people out and about. They got the spot ideal for getting the lake background with big mountains in the background. After the getting down on one knee he popped open a bottle of champagne to celebrate.
It is always refreshing when you have a first as at this point they are less common. The first was that they had the same name by pronunciation – Jordan and Jordynn. While the names were said the same navigating the communication was not a first. They had a ton of playfulness and joy. It is what we love of proposals. While I am sure they would do well in a planned engagement session the output is not the same. After you get engaged there is adrenaline in your body that comes out the finger tips. Another way we say it is that these are moments you can never recreate.
You can get proposal ideas from reading past blogs and read about how we do proposals on our engagement proposals page. If you like what you see here and are considering using this location here are some of the other shoots we have done at Brainard Lake. Here is the work at the Brainard Lake Overlook area.
