Most guys want a location that is secluded, has water, mountains, and ease of access.  The Overlook at Sapphire Point can offer some of those things.  Buyer beware if you think you can just get all of them.  Now if you give her a wedding dress to wear people may give you some space.  To date only one proposal + wedding happened within 15 minutes of one another.  Since that is unlikely to find locations what do you do?  You can adapt which is what we have done for years. My take on one alternative is you create them without defining them. We are functionally proposal consultants at this point.  Our passion is to document candid moments.  We also identify how to deliver what clients want.  More interesting is we listen to what women have loved and roll that experience back into what we encourage.

Proposal Details:

For May proposals you need to have some flexibility on the date.  For Christian and Andie we had 3 different slots.  They all looked good at the respective time when they were chosen.  In the end we got a great day weather wise.  There was a bit of wind but we managed. They were with a cousin and their spouse in the mountains.  Conveniently, something was forgotten at the car.  This made the group of 4 end up at just the two of them. The proposal was high emotion.  She pretty much collapsed into his arms.  Kinda that bowing down to him look.  All the while this is happening photos are being snapped away.  Moments that could never be recreated we captured. Afterward there were a ton of playful moments.  It was an engagement session like style of photography.  The positioning was very natural for them reducing the direct tweaking of poses.  In the end this means more photos for the time shooting.  Most of it was just getting lost in the moment with each other.  Some you cannot deny was the crazy fun personality.
