You do an Elopement when you know you want to have a wedding but want something smaller.  The other perks are you do not need to deal with all the headache and cost of a big wedding day.  For Josh and Jeana this meant eloping on Christmas Eve at Mount Princeton Hot Springs.  For others it might mean something super non traditional or unconventional.  Either way the end result is that you make the day your own.

They got married down where ceremonies normally occur.  Due to some winter time fencing we did the small ceremony on the bridge.  There was some snow falling from some storms blowing through.  We had been out shooting earlier in the day and had basically had everything from extremely cold to mild for the winter with full sun to white out conditions.  All this to say you learn to adapt and need to be flexible.  For them we did some on location then made our way up the road chasing some sunlight.  This helped it be warmer and made the images pop more.
