Vibrant Photos with Unique Engagement PosesEngagement Session Details:

We are not really into super posey looking photos for an engagement session. We like to have some fun and capture the emotion between a couple.  For Jace and Daniela that was not too difficult.  We started the shoot with cracking open a bottle of Champagne as an application of a recommendation in our engagement planning guide.  That is more for people who would be super stiff and need an idea on how to loosen up a bit in personality.

I think in this shoot it was more of a neutral factor and just added some fun to it.  As a perk for this shoot they had both Joe + Robin.  While that might sound odd since the company is Joe AND Robin Photography the reality is for the smaller shoots 1 photographer works rather well and it would be weird to name the company ‘Joe or Robin Photography except for most weddings’ . . . We are sure we could get that domain cause no one would ever want it.  Either way someone a few shoots before their shoot funded to have both of us so we had a date day.  We would say that is a perk of getting married then going into business together.  (Thank you Robin for hiring Joe). . . Back on track . . so they got more images at the end of the day.  There were some other things like his getting on her back.  We came to find out that part of why she could do this is that she road bikes so basically has some rather strong legs.  To keep it interesting at the end she hopped up on his shoulders.  All in all it was a gorgeous November day in the Colorado mountains at Sapphire Point.  The lake was starting to freeze over for the winter but it still had that warmth out.
