Proposal | Wynkoop Bridge | Downtown Denver, CO
Getting Engaged Downtown DenverProposal Details:
The proposal came 2 weeks before the engagement deadline. By ‘deadline’ we mean there was a get engaged in 3 years or it is over. For Peter and Amanda we think the way the story went was something like on the first date her saying something like when I know I know and I do not want to drag things out for 15 years of dating without getting on the path to marriage. Even if it was not at that point or that general of information the likely thing was that there was some time in there to let it develop into a playful goal for him. Some women feel this is hinting at them being like they were giving an ultimatum but having seen lots of women getting engaged it was more of just wanting him and being thankful for the next step with him.
When you have a furry kid together like Niko you are on that path toward marriage by default. Speaking of which it was so cute to see Niko running up as they wiped some tears. Their dog was so excited and greeted them with many kisses. After the proposal on the bridge we took some additional photos before moving in the direction of Union Station. Niko was loving the camera and working it for us. Downtown on a Friday night is always a lively place but this night was even more lively with a concert going on and people walking over from some pre-concert drinks. We love clean backgrounds with a lack of people around so this becomes a unique challenge at times to get the shot you envision.
