Proposal | Lost Gulch Overlook | Winter | Colorado
Snowboarding Getaway Proposal WeekendProposal Details:
What better time to proposal than in the Colorado Mountains? For Sean and Althea they were on a last minute splurge trip to hit up the snowboarding life in Breckenridge. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t finding the perfect engagement ring but rather the ideal time to give it. For them they flew in from New York. We did the proposal up on Lost Gulch Overlook outside of Boulder. It was not directly on the way to Breck but it was a place / time we could do for them. When they got there some people where out on the rocks behind the spot. As he began to lead into the proposal there was some laughter. There was this confident happy disposition knowing at that moment what was coming. We had some champagne stashed in the snow just off to the side of the proposal spot. Little did she know there was a photographer capturing the proposal from a spot hidden in the woods. After the proposal people back on the rocks had cleared out and we took some additional photos in the area. While not being big time cuddles they definitely fit naturally in the arms of each other. Guess over 3 years practice helps get some key things down. With Sean about to open his first restaurant and now wedding planning in the pipeline life is about to get a bit more crazy. Trips to CO for snowboarding might become a little more difficult. Just guess you both will need to move out and launch another restaurant here in Denver.
