Couples Photoshoot With a ProposalProposal Details:

Cuddling is the ideal way to prepare for a couples photoshoot.  Kayleigh and Reiana clearly were well practiced up which makes things turn out rather awesome.  There is this natural feel to being in each others arms.  The extreme playfulness shared between them poured out throughout the shoot.  Add to that the beauty of a location like Brainard Lake Recreation area and you have a recipe for awesome photos.  This was a planned photoshoot.  The idea of it was to use the excuse of either Reiana’s birthday or their 2 year anniversary to be the reason for a couples photo session with a professional photographer.

As Brainard Lake closes for the year before their anniversary we needed to move things up a bit.  They were ready to go when I got there.  There were not too many people around as there is a bit more chill in the air mid fall at these kind of high altitude alpine lakes.  Shortly into the photoshoot we moved back and that is when the proposal happened.  The reaction was a mix of elated joy, questioning if your dreaming, surprise, extreme happiness, and well the images say it all.  We cracked open some champagne to celebrate things right and then took some photos as the sun came in and out as the sun was setting.  At one point the playfulness went to a whole different level with attempts to be awkward looking which really just turned out crazy fun looking.
